About CR Improvements LLC
CR IMPROVEMENTS LLC was created in early 2003 as a small, independent, fully staffed company that provides a wide range of customized remodeling services to fit your needs and budget. We always offer accurately quoted jobs with no hidden charges. All jobs are completed in a timely and efficient manner by my respectful, clean and experienced crew.
The (C) in CR IMPROVEMENTS LLC represents the Commercial side of our business. We specialize in ADA- compliant remodels and upgrades in senior living communities. We offer a wide range of services and products to customize and upgrade any apartment or condo. Many of the senior living communities offer our upgrades and services for their potential residents as an incentive and this will help your sales staff close more deals.
The (R) in CR IMPROVEMENTS LLC represents the Residential side of our business. We specialize in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, generally considered the two most important rooms of the house. Finishing basements also became an incredibly popular option with cost- conscience families. They were able to add living/entertaining space along with a bathroom in their existing home instead of pricey additions.
In order to stay relevant in the remodeling business, we had to increase the services we offered and keep up with changing demands and trends. Two areas I added to our services that I felt will become standards in the industry are Green / Energy Efficient building and modifying existing living spaces to accommodate seniors and the disabled. With energy prices always on the rise and our population growing older, CR IMPROVEMENTS LLC will be there to complete all your modern remodeling projects.
